TenderEyes provides a full support package for your business, which includes software support, enhancements and automatic upgrades to the latest version every six months. There are no additional costs or “extras” that you need to be concerned with.
TenderEyes is supported on all versions of Windows including the following editions of Windows 10 – Windows 10 Pro and Windows 10 Enterprise. TenderEyes also works on Apple iMac and Macbook platforms.
Implementation, Training and Go Live
We have dedicated trainers to support the configuration of TenderEyes to include corporate branding and training materials. Within the TenderEyes application we also provide videos and tutorials.
A seamless knowledge transfer is enabled through a robust handover process including train the trainer, integrated super user training and agreed processes between helpdesk and TenderEyes support. We are also experienced in supporting global roll outs of TenderEyes with WebEx functionality.
Our helpdesk, support processes and procedures are ISO 9001 and 27001 accredited. We have also been rigorously tested by customers to achieve approved supplier status.
Our support teams will process your queries through a sophisticated tracking system and provide an exemplary service.
You will also be given the opportunity to provide feedback on the service you have received via our regular customer surveys.
At an integration level TenderEyes supports a critical business process and operates between a customer’s chosen ERP and CRM applications, as well as other business applications including Outlook, resource planning, GIS operational systems, helpdesk and customer services.
We have experience of integrating TenderEyes with ERP applications such as SAP and JD Edwards, alongside CRM applications such as MS Dynamics CRM and Salesforce.
Our team have in-depth experience in deploying TenderEyes™ via Cloud services as well as internal hosting on client infrastructures. If hosted via the Cloud we will provide comprehensive SLAs from the Cloud provider and provide a single point of contact for all parties.
Our technical team are highly experienced in providing application development and implementation services across multiple sites and geographies.
TenderEyes is currently running in nearly 30 countries around the globe, with comprehensive SLAs in place with each customer.
In addition to the customer support provided via the HelpDesk and technical team, there are both closed and open TenderEyes groups on LinkedIn that users can join and be part of a growing community of users to develop knowledge and share experiences.
We are currently developing a more formal User Group which will be launched in 2017.
